Charles Wells had a hat trick Saturday night to lead the Seattle Thunderbirds to a 4-2 victory over the Prince George Cougars at ShoWare Center.
The Tri-City Americans defeated the Seattle Thunderbirds 5-4 in a shootout Oct. 11 at ShoWare Center.
The game was tied 4-4 after 65 minutes of play sending the game to a shootout.

Last week, I attended the debate between the Kent mayoral candidates that this newspaper sponsored. Since Mr. Berrios is at the helm of the Kent School Board as its president, a question about the Kent teachers strike was asked.
A 22-year-old Kent woman remained in serious condition Wednesday after she was hit by a car early Tuesday morning while crossing the Benson Highway in the Panther Lake area of unincorporated Kent.
There are more questions than answers regarding the proposed annexation of the Panther Lake area to the City of Kent. I reside within the proposed annexation area and operate a small business there. I am not convinced I will be better off as a resident of Kent.
