Winners to be noted at ceremony

With the Olympic games officially concluded, Kent4Health, a community health initiative, is celebrating its top walk, run, roll/ride winners. More than 260 participants went an extra 900 miles over our goal to Beijing, China for a first successful healthy community activity.

Four stolen puppies recovered; one missing

Four purebred miniature Australian shepherd puppies have been returned to a Des Moines dog breeder after a man allegedly stole five puppies Aug. 23 from the home of the breeder.

Fiery crash kills Bonney Lake man, snarls Renton traffic Friday

A 29-year-old man from the Bonney Lake area died in a fiery crash on southbound Interstate 405 at about 6:45 a.m. Friday that backed up traffic for miles through Renton during the morning commute.
