Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln and Kent-Meridian High School are partnering to help raise up to $6,000 in support of various school clubs and sports as part of Ford Motor Company’s Drive 4 UR School program.
Members of the local community will have the opportunity to raise money for their favorite student organization at Kent-Meridian by test-driving a Ford vehicle.
Test drives are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at the high school, 10020 SE 256th St.
For every person who test-drives a new Ford vehicle at the one-day event, Ford Motor Company and Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln will donate $20, up to $6,000, to Kent-Meridian extracurricular activities.
Through the Drive 4 UR School program, Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln has raised more than $24,000 for local high school extracurricular activities. To date, Washington state Ford dealers have raised more than $324,000 for their area high schools through the program.
Participants must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. Test drivers are limited to one per household.
