Kent home prices were up 4.6 percent in November compared to the same month in 2013 with a median price of $277,250.
Sales dropped 3.2 percent with 92 homes sold, according to a report by Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company. The numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers.
The numbers in November compared to November 2013:
• Home prices were up 4.6 percent
• The median home price was $277,250
• $298,950 for single-family homes; $174,000 for condos and town homes
• Sales were down 3.2 percent with 92 homes sold
• Homes spent a median 30 days on the market
