Kent’s Bowen Scarff wins company excellence award from Ford

Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln Mercury in Kent has been recognized by Ford Motor Company with the 2008 President’s Award. The award honors dealerships that excelled in automotive retailing in 2008, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

This is the 14th time that Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln Mercury has received this recognition.

The Ford President’s Award has been awarded to 385 Ford Lincoln Mercury dealerships, out of 4,000 dealerships nationwide. It is given annually to dealers who have led the nation in providing customers with superior excellence in sales, service and overall ownership of their Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles.

“I am so proud of our entire staff for its commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience,” Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln Mercury owner Mark Scarff stated in a press release about the award.
