Malik Ridge is a new community of 11 homes nestled on a private road off Kent-Kangley, just one mile west of Lake Meridian Park.

Five two-story home plans are available, ranging from four to six bedrooms plus extra space such as bonus room, den or study. Homes feature great-room style living on the main level, with spacious living rooms that open to a generous kitchen and work island, plus both formal and informal dining.

Most homes have a two-car garage, and the 3,164-square-foot Stanley plan has a three-car garage as well as a main-floor master suite. Square footages range from 3,045 to 3,230 with prices starting in the mid-$400s.
