Terreno Realty buys Kent industrial property for $2.8 million

San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp., has bought an industrial property in south Kent for about $2.8 million.

San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp., has bought an industrial property in south Kent for about $2.8 million.

The property consists of one industrial distribution building containing approximately 32,000 square feet on 3.8 acres adjacent to Highway 167, according to a company media release on Monday. The property is at 26601 to 26609 79th Ave. S., provides 10 dock-high and two grade-level loading positions and is 52 percent leased to one tenant.

Terreno purchased 169,000 square feet of Kent industrial property in 2012 for approximately $15 million and in 2010 bought 138,000 square feet of industrial property for about $8.3 million.
