The need for professionals within the behavioral health care industry continues to grow. Valley Cities is stepping up to meet King County’s mental health and substance use crisis.
Valley Cities, a nonprofit agency, has provided treatment services to residents of King County, primarily South King County, for more than 50 years. In 2016, 12,900 people received behavioral health services, including mental health counseling and chemical dependency treatment for people of all ages; domestic violence services; homeless outreach services and housing programs; family support programs; employment services; and specialized services for veterans and their families.
