The Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants will sponsor a breakfast meeting on Thursday, May 19th at Emerald Downs on “The Business of Horse Racing.”
It will feature:

- Dana Halvorson, President of the Washington Thoroughbred Breeders & OwnersAssociation
