If the garbage/recycle haulers could retrofit their trucks to pick up both garbage and recyclable items in the same trip, it would certainly minimize the impact to our streets, fuel consumption, noise, and thus, and save another city use fee for them, and hopefully for Kent citizens and customers. Does anyone have any new ideas, or are we content with the same old-same old way of doing things?
