Stop the St. Clair letters

I write to express my extreme frustration that the Kent Reporter continues to print letters written by Susan St. Clair, a bitter women whose only agenda is to defame our mayor.

I write to express my extreme frustration that the Kent Reporter continues to print letters written by Susan St. Clair, a bitter women whose only agenda is to defame our mayor. I do not believe this public newspaper should be providing an ongoing forum for this pathetic woman’s continuing diatribe of hate.

Please publish my letter because I am quite certain I am not the only person who is sick and tired of you providing this outlet for a woman who needs to move on with her life in a more positive way.

I would also like to thank our mayor and City Council for their dedicated service to our community. Have they pleased everyone? No, of course not. Not possible. But they could have conducted this salary survey years ago and given themselves well deserved raises long before now. How many working people in our community have gone 10 years without a raise?

How many people really know how much work is involved in running a city? If you don’t know, you really are not in any position to criticize as if you were some kind of authority on the subject. And that goes for Ms. St. Clair whose only agenda is personal.
