I’m endorsing Tim Clark for our next mayor of Kent because of the depth of experience he brings to the well-being of Kent and our fellow citizens.
I’m convinced Tim will bring responsible leadership to City Hall by working collaboratively with the City Council, city leaders and all of us as we face big issues confronting us. For example, as a City Council member, he was the deciding vote in allowing Kent Station to proceed.
His proven integrity has a bearing on the substantive stands he’s willing to take on issues.
Tim characteristically listens to the advice of trusted people and works productively with others in implementing solutions.
As a former educator and Kent City Council member and current Kent School District director, Tim never showboats enthusiasm but faithfully shares his lifelong commitment, experience and the gifts of his wonderful intellect.
Please join me in voting for Tim Clark for our next mayor.
