David Tracy has true integrity. His campaign is funded by ordinary citizens. David Tracy has accepted NO special interest money to fund his campaign. David Tracy will base his decisions on the law and he will not be influenced by outside sources.

In late September, a complaint was filed with the Public Disclosure Commission regarding a special interest group known as the “Citizens for Judicial Excellence.” This organization is composed mainly of drunk-driving defense attorneys. This group is funding the campaign of the opponent in this race.

This is an opportunity for voters to “just say no to drunk-diver defense attorneys.” When organizations donate the maximum amount of money allowed by law, do they expect to influence decisions made by the judiciary? I will let you ponder that thought.

Please join me in voting David Tracy to the King County District Court. David Tracy has been endorsed by KC District Court Judge Delaurenti, KC District Court Judge Phillipson, retired KC District Court Judge McBeth. They know what the court demands and that David Tracy is the best choice for KC District Court!
