Auburn Symphony Orchestra presents Chamber Music From Around The World for performances in Auburn and Kent next week.
The orchestra’s first chamber series event begins at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16 at Kent Lutheran Church, 336 2nd Ave. S., and at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at St. Matthew/San Mateo Episcopal Church, 123 L St. NE, Auburn.
The concert feature Shannon Spicciatti (oboe); Jennifer Cian (violin), Betty Agent (viola), Brian Wharton (cello) and Oksana Ezhokina (piano).
It’s an opportunity for the audience to get up close and personal with the musicians as they perform works by Beethoven, Britten and Loeffler.
Tickets are $20 general, $10 student, and may be purchased by calling 253-887-7777 or visiting auburnsymphony.org by noon on Nov. 15.
Parking is free. The box office opens one hour before the start of each performance.
