Traditional Chinese dance, music, games, arts and food are part of the celebration of the Year of the Rabbit at The Great Wall Mall Cultural Arts Festival’s 2011 Chinese New Year Festival from 1-5:30 p.m. Feb. 5 in Kent.
The event is free but attendees will have a chance to buy tickets to win raffle prizes donated by sponsors and stores at The Great Wall Mall, 18230 E. Valley Highway. Part of the proceeds from raffle tickets will benefit Seattle’s Kin On Nursing Home, a nonprofit group that serves Asian Americans in the community.
