A deejay will play Top 40 and R&B music starting at 9 p.m. as part of the New Year’s Eve celebration at H.D. Hotspurs, 315 S. Washington St.
The bar will feature free appetizers until 1 a.m., a champagne toast at midnight, party favors and a balloon drop with gift certificates. Cover is $15 per person.
The restaurant offers a special prime rib dinner from 4-10 p.m., with the price still to be determined.
