Take a look over the next few weeks at the humorous and emotional portraiture artwork by Seattle artist John Osgood at the Centennial Center Gallery, 400 W. Gowe St., next to Kent City Hall.
The free exhibit runs through Feb. 26. The gallery is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for President’s Day Feb. 15.
The display in Kent features Osgood’s work with acrylics and spray paint inspired by street art and graffiti as well as Picasso’s Cubist period.
Osgood is an urban contemporary artist and describes himself as a painter, muralist and illustrator. He has a studio and gallery in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle.
