Vintage movie fans can watch the 1941 film “Meet John Doe” 3 p.m. March 20 at the Kent Historical Museum, 855 E. Smith St.
The comedy-drama stars Gary Cooper and Barbara Stanwyck and was directed by Frank Capra. The film is about a grassroots political campaign, created unwittingly by a newspaper columnist, and pursued by a wealthy businessman.
Tickets are $3 and seating is limited. Popcorn and other refreshments are available.
The museum offers old-fashioned movies the third Saturday of each month.
