Professional motorcycle racers will take over the ShoWare Center when the World Championship Ice Racing Series returns at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4 to Kent.
Racers can go from 0 to 60 mph in fewer than 3 seconds on the motorcycles and reach speeds of 50 mph on the all-terrain vehicles, known as the Wild Unlimited Outlaw Quads division.
Kent is one of several stops on the 35th annual World Championship Ice Racing series. The bikes are state-of-the-art, lightweight, high horsepower racing motorcycles that come from most of the major manufacturers.
Tickets cost $30 for gold seats, $25 for start/finish line seats and $18 for reserved.
