View the landscape and seascape paintings of Seattle artist Louise Britton from now through Oct. 29 at the Centennial Center Gallery, 400 W. Gowe St., in downtown Kent.
Britton’s paintings focus on a variety of genres, including landscape, still life and figures. She collects natural objects, sketches and photographs of items and scenes that she finds compelling and then paints them. The display opened Sept. 10.
