The Kent Predators showed plenty of offense but no defense in the Indoor Football League season opener at the ShoWare Center.
The Sioux Falls Storm beat the Predators 105-71 on Feb. 25. Sioux Falls quarterback Chris Dixon threw 10 touchdown passes and ran for two touchdowns to lead the Storm to an IFL single-game scoring record.
Dixon helped lead the Billings Outlaws to the IFL title in 2010 but left that team when it folded.
The Predators trailed 61-27 at halftime.
Kent plays the Fairbanks Grizzlies at 3:05 p.m. March 6 at the ShoWare Center. Fairbanks lost 45-37 to the Wenatchee Valley Venom on Feb. 27.
