Veteran’s Day is a year-round event at veteran-owned law firm in Kent

While Veteran’s Day may officially take place on Nov. 11, it’s recognized all year long at Kent’s Iddins Law Group.

As a veteran himself, Robert Iddins and his team are always looking out for their local veterans and first responders.

“When I first joined the United States Marine Corps, I was hoping it would provide me with some practical experience, the opportunity to see the world and the chance to get to know myself better before going to college,” Iddins says. “Looking back now, I know that joining the Marines was the best decision I could have made.”

After spending four years in the US Marine Corps, Iddins attended the University of Washington and the Seattle University School of Law with support from the United States Marine’s GI Bill, and his time with the Marines also helped him purchase his first home.

“Not only did my time as a Marine help me further my education and get into my first house, it also taught me time-honored values such as determination, motivation and discipline, just to name a few, and those values have served me and my clients well every day since,” Iddins says.

The United States Marine Corps is celebrating its 248th anniversary this year, having been founded a year before American independence. Iddins Law Group acknowledges and thanks the brave men and women in the Marine Corps for their ongoing courage, valor and sacrifice, and proudly offers a year-round discount of 10 percent to all veterans and First Responders.

“My hope is that with all the current international turmoil the world is facing, that American citizens take some extra time this month to appreciate veterans and their ongoing sacrifices,” Iddins says.

Iddins Law Group focuses in Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death. Find more information online at iddinslaw.com, by calling 253-854-1244 and by following them on Facebook.
