- Bai Tong Thai Restaurant: Started by a former Thai Airways flight attendant eager to serve her fellow crew members authentic Thai meals while on layover near Sea-Tac, Bai Tong now has three locations including one at Grand Ridge Plaza. Try the unique blend of flavors in the Swimming Rama, then snap a photo for the GRP contest!
- Chinoise Sushi Bar & Asian Grill: Contemporary, approachable Pan-Pacific Rim meals made with fresh ingredients by culinary influencer and trend-setter Thoa Nguyen. Locals will love Chinoise Cafe’s Issaquah Roll and the Seahawks Maki topped with wasabi aioli.
- Agave Cocina & Tequilas: Soak up the summer with a contemporary Mexican meal on the Agave patio!
