BNSF Railway will conduct more crossing gate tests in downtown Kent from about 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13.
The tests, required by the Federal Railroad Administration, will be done at the Willis Street crossing. Gates also could be activated at other crossings. Tests are expected to cause just short-term impacts.
BNSF conducted similar tests on June 6 in downtown Kent at crossings from South 259th Street to James Street.
