Cadence at Kent-Meridian will host a grand opening of its senior living community from 2 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 21.
The event will include a ribbon cutting, food, drinks and entertainment as well as give people a chance to check out the community at 25035 104th Ave. SE, just east of Kent-Meridian High School and north of Red Robin.
Cadence Living was established in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2016. Cadence Living is an owner, operator and developer of senior living communities across the United States.
Cadence at Kent-Meridian officially opened June 6. This is the first Cadence Living facility in Washington.
Construction started in October 2020 on the three-story, 128-unit building. The complex serves independent living and assisted living residents.
