The Covington Arts Commission seeks artists of all mediums, including painting, drawing, photography and mixed media, to exhibit their work at the Covington City Hall Art Gallery during the 2013 season.

Covington opened its City Hall Art Gallery in 2004. Since that time, more than 90 local artists and groups have displayed their artwork in the gallery. The Covington Parks and Recreation Department, in conjunction with the Covington Arts Commission, is accepting submissions from local and regional visual artists to exhibit their original artwork.

The City of Covington Art Gallery is at 16720 SE 271st St., Suite 100.

Artwork may be viewed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. There is a 26-foot wall designated for art in the City Council Chambers. In addition, there are two track systems behind the Permit Center counter in the Covington City Hall lobby. One is 13 feet long, the other 4.5 feet long.
