A semi collision on Highway 167 northbound just south of Interstate 405 continues to block traffic Tuesday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Fluid spilled from the truck and blocked two left lanes causing a 4-mile backup from Renton to Kent near South 212th Street.
