Firefighters extinguish house fire on Kent’s West Hill

Nobody home when fire breaks out morning of Sept. 24

Puget Sound Fire firefighters quickly extinguished a house fire Friday, morning, Sept. 24 in the 25200 block of 37th Place South on the West Hill in Kent.

Firefighters found the fire in the lower floor of the house, according to a Puget Sound Fire tweet at 10:21 a.m. No one was home at the time of the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
