The city of Kent will offer free flu shots for seniors 50 and older at a drive-thru event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16 at the Kent Senior Activity Center, 600 E. Smith St.
Seniors must register by calling the Senior Center at 253-856-5150. Attendees, who must wear face masks, also will receive a boxed lunch and cookies, a cotton mask and a food box.
