Several Girl Scout troops came together to join the Santa parade and celebrate Kent Winterfest at Kent Station and downtown Kent, a holiday tradition.
Prizes were awarded to the following troops:
• Troop 42290 leader Nicole LaVoie (snowflakes with lights)
• Troop 43855 leader Jennifer Idzi (angels with lights)
• Troop 44280 leader Jennifer Idzi (angels with lights)
• Troop 43843 leader Brenda Mitchell (Santa and elves)
• Troop 44178 leader Helen Thompson (tunics with wreaths and light up necklaces)
• Troop 44396 leader Bethany, Sutelia, Nina (wearing GS cookie costumes)
• Troop 41584 leader Callie Hudson (elves).
