Join students from Highline English and illustration classes as they unveil their “Student Voices” mural on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
The mural project program and reception is from 2 to 3 p.m. Dec. 2 in Building 16, Room 170, on Highline College’s main campus, 2400 S. 240th St., Des Moines.
It is free to the public.
The mural, developed by student artists, was inspired by the personal stories and essays written by Highline ESL students. In these essays, students shared their personal experiences as immigrant and international students and goals for the future.
