The Memorial Day ceremony at Hillcrest Burial Park featured students from the Kentwood Marine Junior ROTC presenting the colors and providing the gun salute.
The service included the presentation of a flag and the placing of a wreath.
The JROTC students were Gordon Star, TJ Morgan, Christopher Lindemeier, Kahlil Mantello, Alex Wong, Andy Tran, Christopher Hansen, Kurt Hansen, Madeline Fakharzadeh, Ariana Linse, Jaleesa Panico and Mary Shaughnessy.
