The Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum hosts its second annual Roostertails & Ales, an Oktoberfest beer tasting, food and music event, from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.
Enjoy the museum’s collection of vintage hydroplanes, sample beer, bratwursts and soft pretzels and listen to live music at the museum, 5917 South 196th St., Kent.
Ten Northwest microbreweries will offer samples.
Seattle guitarist and singer Chris Stevens, a Northwest blues fan favorite for many years, will perform his electric, rich tones of a big Gibson archtop.
There also will be a silent auction featuring hydroplane memorabilia.
Admission is $10 and includes five tasting tickets.
