Kent city officials have reopened Southeast 282nd Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Crews on Sunday closed Southeast 282nd Street between 136th Avenue Southeast and 140th Avenue Southeast due to water over the roadway and damaged pavement.
Detours were posted at SE 288th Street, 132nd Avenue SE and 144th Avenue SE during the two-day closure.
