Kent Fire Department sets open house for Oct. 28 at Fire Station 73

The Kent Fire Department Regional Fire Authority would like to invite the community to join it at a fire station open house.

The Kent Fire Department Regional Fire Authority would like to invite the community to join it at a fire station open house.

People can stop in at Fire Station 73, 26512 Military Road S., from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28.

The open house will include a chance to meet firefighters as well as demonstrations, activities for children, fire and life safety information, disaster preparedness information and a raffle. Light refreshments will be provided.

It is the first of several fire station open houses that Kent fire will host over the next several months. Tentative dates for future open house events are:

Nov. 10 at Fire Station 78 (17820 SE 256 St., Covington)

Jan. 9 at Fire Station 74 (24611 116th Ave. SE, Kent)

Feb. 13 at Fire Station 71 (504 W. Crow St., Kent)

March 12 at Fire Station 77 (20717 132 Ave. SE, Kent)

April 9 at Fire Station 46 (3521 S. 170 St., SeaTac)
