The annual Kent Kids’ Arts Day returns from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 2 at Kent Commons, 525 Fourth Ave. N.
The hands-on festival is for children and families. Professional artists led a variety of art projects to give kids a chance to exercise their creativity and try out different media.
Local youth groups will perform throughout the day. Two-time Grammy Award-winner Bill Harley presents his funny stories and delightful songs at 3 p.m.
Tickets are $10, although adults and children younger than 2 get in for free. Tickets are required to participate in the free projects. A $15 festival pass includes a ticket to Harley’s performance, which costs $10 separately.
