A 37-year-old Kent man died May 3 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle from injuries suffered in an August car crash near Moses Lake.

The announcement of the death of Jethro J.Q. Dumlao was released on May 13 by the Washington State Patrol, which investigated the Aug. 31 single-vehicle accident along Interstate 90 about five miles east of Moses Lake.

Dumlao was driving a 2003 Toyota Rav4 westbound at about 6:27 a.m. when he reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, according to the State Patrol. The SUV crossed all lanes and left the roadway to the right, rolled and came to a rest on its wheel.
