Kent residents can drop of items at the city’s Recycling Collection Event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 17 at Russell Road Park, 24400 Russell Road.
Bring items that are hard to recycle at the curb, including tires, most appliances, batteries, propane tanks, toilets, Styrofoam, small electronics and woody debris four inches in diameter or larger.

This event is paid for by the Dept. of Ecology Coordinated Prevention Grant, the King County Waste Reduction and Recycling Grant, the Local Hazardous Waste Management Program Grant.
Computers, monitors, laptops, TVs and e-readers are not taken at this event but can be recycled any time for free at designated locations. For more information, go to www.ecyclewashington.org.
