Kent School District (KSD) Nutrition Services is sponsoring free summer lunches for all children ages 18 and under, starting the week of June 23 and running through Aug. 14.
“The food we provide is an important source of nutritious food for children and youth during the summer when they don’t have access to school lunches,” said Nutrition Services Executive Director Tom Ogg.
The Summer Lunch Program is a partnership among Kent School District Nutrition Services, Washington State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
