Kent Sister Cities Association – Norway Committee is taking applications for summer 2020 Youth Ambassadors.
Students chosen will participate in a month-long exchange between Kent and Sunnfjord, Norway.
High school students ages 14-17 who reside in the Kent area or attend school in Kent are eligible, with preference given to current freshmen and sophomores. The Norwegian program is one of three exchanges administered by KSCA (Norway, Japan, and China).
The 2019 Youth Ambassadors for all three programs will present a summary of their activities in the Kent City Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Kent City Hall, 220 Fourth Ave. S. The meeting is open to the public and all interested applicants are encouraged to attend.
