The city of Kent has issued a traffic advisory that both eastbound lanes of James Street, east of Railroad Avenue, will be closed for asphalt paving from 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26 to 5 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27.
Traffic will be detoured onto Railroad Avenue.
MidMountain Contractors will do the paving work for the city of Kent.
