The Kent Winter Craft Bazaar will feature hand-made gifts and food from more than 100 vendors Dec. 2-3 at Kent Commons, 525 Fourth Ave. N.
The bazaar runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2 and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. Admission is $1, which includes a raffle ticket. Children ages 12 and younger get in for free.
Vendors will sell pottery, gourmet foods, handmade soaps, wreaths, snowmen, stained glass, jewelry, quilts, birdhouses, jams and jellies, stuffed animals and many other items. Raffle drawings are scheduled for every hour.
Formerly called the Kent Parks Holiday Bazaar, the annual event now is under private management and is no longer operated by the city of Kent because of budget cutbacks.
