A fully catered dinner with a complimentary glass of wine and an auction are part of the annual Kent Valley Hockey Association fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 4 at the ShoWare Center.
Tickets are $50 per person. Proceeds benefit the hockey association that serves 158 players ages 6 to 18 and another 60 beginning players. The group’s home rink is the Kent Valley Ice Centre.
The event includes three silent auction tables and a live auction. Auction items include travel getaways, a Microsoft Kinect, 2010 Olympic hockey memorabilia, player jerseys and other items.
