Marlatt Funeral Home will have its annual Christmas Memorial and Candle Lighting Ceremony 7 p.m. Dec. 17.
The event is held to honor the memory of those who have passed on. Local clergy will address the gathering with stories of inspiration and tips aboput making it through the holidays.
The event includes live music with the lighting ceremony and a slide-show tribute, followed by a reception. Everyone will have the opportunity to select an ornament from the funeral home’s tree to take home. People wishing to participate in the slide show should bring a photo of their loved one to the funeral home by Dec. 10.
