The King County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate a second teen charged with the April 24 murder of a 22-year-old man in SeaTac.
Detectives are trying to find Eddie Lee Lewis Sulcer, 17. The Sheriff’s Office released a photo of Sulcer on Tuesday.
Sulcer is considered armed and dangerous and has ties to confirmed gang members who may be hiding him, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release on Tuesday. He frequents or has ties to the Auburn, Federal Way, Burien, Lakewood, Puyallup and other areas of Pierce County.
King County prosecutors have charged Sulcer with second-degree murder and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. He has a $2 million warrant, extraditable in all 50 states.
The Sheriff’s Office says if you locate Sulcer, do not attempt to contact him, but please call 911.
A 16-year-old boy is already in custody for the shooting and has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
Both teens allegedly shot the man in his vehicle after a dispute at a 7-Eleven store at 12:20 a.m. on April 24 near South 200th Street and International Boulevard, aka Pacific Highway South.
