Crews continue to work this month on the Midtown 64 Apartments on the southwest corner of West Meeker Street and 64th Avenue South in Kent.

When finished, the complex will have 308 units. Seattle-based Goodman Real Estate is the developer, the same company that built The Platform Apartments in downtown Kent across from Kent Station.

The complex will feature a resident clubhouse and lounge, a swimming pool and arts studio. The land was vacant prior to the construction.
