The Kent Police Community Education Unit and Neighborhood Response Team invites the public to attend a Block Watch 101 class on Wednesday, April 2, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 220 Fourth Avenue S.
It is an opportunity to learn about Block Watch, why it’s important and how to establish one.
The public also will hear about crime trends and crime prevention tips.
