Terreno Realty Corp. of San Francisco has purchased 169,000 square feet of industrial property in the Kent Valley for approximately $15 million.
The property consists of two multi-tenant industrial buildings. The property is currently 85 percent leased to six tenants. Terreno announced the Dec. 30 acquisition in a Jan. 3 media release.
The buildings are fewer than 5 miles from Sea-Tac Airport and accessible via the West Valley Highway and 64th Avenue South.
Terreno is an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate located in six major coastal U.S. markets in Los Angeles; Northern New Jersey/New York City; the San Francisco Bay Area; the Seattle area; Miami; and Washington, D.C./Baltimore.
The company also bought 138,000 square feet of industrial property in Kent in 2010 for approximately $8.3 million. That building is 100 percent leased to one tenant.
