Seattle Police make large drug bust in Kent neighborhood

Reportedly recover about 55,000 fentanyl pills, 2.5 pounds of cocaine and heroin and $90,000 cash

Seattle Police detectives arrested a 28-year-old Kent man reportedly involved in high level trafficking of narcotics.

Officers executed a search warrant of the man’s Kent residence at about 7:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 14 in the 23900 block of 60th Avenue South, according to the Aug. 15 Seattle Police Department Blotter post on its website.

Inside the residence, police reportedly recovered approximately 55,000 fentanyl pills; 2.5 pounds of cocaine; 1.75 pounds of heroin; and $90,000 cash.

Police located the man after extensive investigations of a drug trafficking organization in the Greater Puget Sound region, according to Seattle Police.

Detectives booked the man into the King County jail on an outstanding violation of the uniform controlled substance act warrant. Detectives will be requesting additional drug charges.
