State Liquor Board sets public hearings about recreational marijuana proposed rules

The Washington State Liquor Control Board will hold five public hearings/special meetings across across the state Aug. 6-8 regarding the proposed rules for Initiative 502 implementation for the sale and manufacturing of recreational marijuana.

The Washington State Liquor Control Board will hold five public hearings/special meetings across across the state Aug. 6-8 regarding the proposed rules for Initiative 502 implementation for the sale and manufacturing of recreational marijuana.

The hearings/meetings are a mandatory part of the rule-making process and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to provide testimony on the proposed rules for I-502.

Additional information regarding the proposed rules for I-502 implementation, including answers to frequently asked questions and the Small Business Economic Impact Statement, is available on the liquor board website at: www.liq.wa.gov/marijuana/I-502.
